Troubleshooting
QuickWin respins lag
Close other browser tabs. The respin animation runs JavaScript-heavy calculations for 15 symbol positions simultaneously.
Bonus Wheel doesn't respond to tap
Wait for the entrance animation to finish. The wheel becomes interactive only after it settles on screen — about 2 seconds.
Bass sound distorted
Lower in-game volume to 70%. Mobile speakers clip on the bass drops during big wins. Headphones eliminate the issue entirely.
Buy Feature button missing
Some jurisdictions (UK, Sweden) disable bonus buys by regulation. Check if your casino operates under these restrictions.
